Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst of Integrated Marketing & Strategic Planning to join the team, who will take on a centralized strategic planning and integrated marketing role:

  • Work closely with Analytics, Revenue, and Optimization Teams, leverage data and visualization tools such as dashboards to provide Senior Management with customer and market insights   
  • Enhance our 360° view of our most valuable guests and create actionable segmentations of customers across the entire Integrated Resort
  • Support the teams to develop centralized marketing performance metrics, brand measurement frameworks for the marketing teams
  • Strong collaborator with good project management skills to work alongside Marketing Teams to drive the execution of strategic marketing visions and plans
  • Assist with coordinating and preparing monthly / quarterly / annual corporate reporting, financial and business performance materials   
  • Support the team in formulating property-wide long-term strategic plans and develop presentations for Senior Management’s effective communication on business decisions
  • Responsible for conducting extensive research and analysis of Integrated Resort / gaming industry trends, sizing of the global and regional competitive landscape, market trends and customer segmentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business/Marketing Analytics,or other related analytical fields.
  • Highly proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI
  • Highly proficient in powerpoint / presentation, and excel
  • Programming skills using analytical tools such as Base SAS, SAS EG, SQL, R or Python  
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in jobs relating to strategy and planning
  • Experience in customer analytics from management consulting, finance, would be preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be independent, resourceful and self-driven
  • Casino related experience is a bonus but not compulsory.
  • Strong logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills.
