| The Engagement team plays a critical role in enhancing visitor experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. The team works collaboratively to organize and implement engaging programmes and events.
The Engagement Ambassador is responsible in delivering high quality service, program development and running daily operations of the Family Social Corner and other areas of Attractions. Family Social Corner is a drop-in facility catered to families staying in the hotel suites. Guests can enjoy workshops and free-play activities within the comfort of the Family Social Corner.
The successful candidate also works closely with Attractions leadership to elevate service at the other attractions such as ArtScience Museum, SkyPark Observation Deck, Sampan Canal Boat Rides and Digital Light Canvas, through engagement with the visitors. |
